  • Guest：我不知道你们携程也没有考察一下这家酒店，酒店怎么评上5星级的？这种酒店也就2颗星。房间里面有浓重的烟味和霉味，马桶堵塞，酒店大堂的墙壁都是霉变的痕迹。无法想象怎么会有这样的5星级酒店？强烈建议携程公司的领导来这里体验一下！！！携程你们简直是太让我失望了。孩子和我现在浑身发痒，应该就是用了酒店的毛巾所致。
  • Guest：I was not impressed. For the price I expected much more. This hotel is old and ran down. In the hallway of my floor, people noisily smoked and made lots of noise. **************** staying here. The front desk people are okay but could definitely use work on their hospitality. Old room, old facilities, junky dirty carpet in the hall. Would not stay again. The only positive was the bed. A painfully average in every way hotel. There are far better options for way less money.
